On January 1, 2026, the Defendant was observed by FHP trooper traveling 151 mph on Interstate 75 at mile marker 211. The Trooper confirmed the speed via his stationary radar. A stop was conducted, and the Defendant was arrested for criminal Dangerous Speeding.
Result: The firm set the case for trial, and at the trial a Judgment of Acquittal was entered by the Judge after the State rested its case.
