A police officer on foot patrol heard the loud music coming from the Defendant’s vehicle and ordered him to stop. The officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol on the defendant. A DUI enforcement officer was called to the scene and instructed the Defendant to perform the field sobriety tests performed poorly on the tests and was arrested.
