The defendant was pulled over for driving without a headlight. When the officer approached, he smelled an odor of alcohol and noticed that the defendant had bloodshot eyes. He called a DUI specialist in to perform a DUI investigation. The defendant performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises according to the officer.
