The Client was charged with DUI accident involving injury after he crashed his motorcycle with his wife on the back. The Client was seriously injured in the crash and had to be transported to the hospital immediately. Once at the hospital law enforcement did a blood draw without the Client’s consent. The blood draw revealed that the Client had a blood alcohol level that was over the legal limit.
