DUI & Criminal Division

The Client was alleged to have left the scene of an accident and when law enforcement made contact with him they believed he was impaired by alcohol. The Officers then requested the Client to perform roadside exercises. The Client refused to do the exercises. The Client was then arrested and charged with DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. At the jail the Client then refused to provide a breath sample. The Firm was retained to represent the Client. At the Client’s court date the Firm pointed out to the State Attorney’s Office that there was no real evidence indicating the Client was even driving the vehicle, much less driving impaired. The State agreed and dismissed all criminal charges.
