The client was pulled over after an officer alleged that he was nearly hit by the client’s car. The officer alleged that the client refused to obey his commands to provide his license, insurance, and registration, and refused to exit his vehicle when ordered to do so by the officer. The client was subsequently arrested and charged criminally.
