DUI & Criminal Division

The client issued a criminal charge after they were driving on their driver license from a foreign country, when they should have obtained a Florida Driver License. The law enforcement officer then put the incorrect address on the citation, and the client never received a notice for their court date. When they missed the court date, the Judge issued a warrant for their arrest. The Ticket Clinic Attorneys were not only able to have the warrant recalled without the client being placed into custody, but also negotiated to have the criminal charge amended to a traffic ticket, resulting in the client keeping a clean criminal record.
