The client issued a criminal charge after they were driving on their driver license from a foreign country, when they should have obtained a Florida Driver License. The law enforcement officer then put the incorrect address on the citation, and the client never received a notice for their court date. When they missed the court date, the Judge issued a warrant for their arrest.
