After being pulled over for speeding, the defendant was approached by the officer who noticed the smell of alcohol on their breath and observed their eyes to be glassy. As a result, the defendant underwent roadside field sobriety tests, which the officer deemed unsatisfactory. Consequently, the defendant was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
