The Defendant was stopped for speeding. While the officer was attempting to stop the Defendant, he was driving up on other vehicles and then braking. After being stopped, the officer noticed bloodshot/glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol. When asked why he was speeding, he said because he is an “asshole”.
