Our client was charged with Grand Theft.  The allegation was that while at an upscale Boca Raton restaurant, the Defendant stole a very expensive purse after another customer left the purse behind.  Video camera footage from the restaurant captured the event and the police began investigating and trying to make contact with the Defendant. The Defendant’s job was in jeopardy as a result of these charges.  Professional licenses could have been lost with a conviction.
