Our client, who needed his license to drive for work to provide for his family, was notified by the DMV that he was being classified as an Habitual Traffic Offeder (HTO) and was going to lose his license for 5 years. This HTO classification came as a result of our client resolving too many traffic offenses that counted toward the HTO status.
