Our client was stopped on I-595 for swerving between lanes without signalling. The police claimed to smell the odor of alcohol on his breath and had him perform field sobriety exercises. According to the police, our client performed poorly on the exercises and then refused to provide a breath sample, so he was arrested for DUI. Originally from Miami , grew up in Central Florida. After high school, he joined the U.S. Air Force where he worked on F-15E fighter jets as an Avionics Technician. He was Honorably Discharged. Afterwards, he attended University of Central Florida and received a BSBA Finance Degree, cum laude.
