Our client was investigated by troopers of the Florida Highway Patrol when they found him asleep behind the wheel of his car at a stop light. Officers asked our client out of his car and conducted a DUI investigation. The officers claimed that our client performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises and placed him under arrest. The lawyers at the firm prepared the case for trial. After hearing testimony from the State’s witnesses, we requested that the Court dismiss the case for lack of evidence. The Judge considered our motion and granted it, dismissing all charges.
